  We have an ocean front room the view is big and beautiful like an apartment with a private terrace that has a private outdoor hot tub which we didn’t use but we did use the in room hot tub which was very nice. Definitely the staff is very good and the service is excellent. The all inclusive food is wonderful! Definitely the chicken is natural and gamey which is different from American chicken it takes getting used to. But the portions were always just right and they never judged us if we wanted more. Hernan, Christian (from the restaurant) and Johnathan are but a few of the wonderful staff that made our stay great. Definitely the hotel needs some TLC but they are actively working on it and let’s face it, salt water rips through everything over time. So it’s partially to be expected. At night the place looks lovely. My only complaint it beach access! Please fix this issue and get us a walkway to the beach on either side of the hotel.

  Una experiencia culinaria y de servicio inigualable, pero con limitadas opciones de entretenimiento Mi estadía en este hotel ha sido una experiencia realmente gratificante. La comida es un verdadero punto fuerte, con platillos que combinan toques gourmet y sabores excepcionales. Aunque el buffet es a la carta y la variedad puede parecer limitada, cada opción está tan bien preparada que invita a probar algo nuevo en cada ocasión. La calidad es, sin duda, de primera. El servicio es impecable. Desde el concierge hasta los meseros, todo el personal es increíblemente servicial y siempre con una sonrisa. Te hacen sentir especial y se esmeran por garantizar que cada momento sea inolvidable. Definitivamente, una atención que marca la diferencia y eleva la experiencia a otro nivel. Sin embargo, es importante destacar que este no es un hotel para quienes buscan actividades o entretenimiento. No es el lugar ideal para jóvenes o personas que busquen un ambiente de fiesta. No hay animaciones en la alberca ni actividades recreativas, lo que lo convierte en un refugio perfecto para quienes desean desconectarse por completo. Es ideal para adultos mayores que buscan tranquilidad o para parejas en una escapada romántica donde la idea principal es relajarse y disfrutar de la intimidad. En resumen, un hotel excelente para quienes priorizan la paz, el descanso y una excelente oferta gastronómica, pero no es para quienes buscan diversión activa o entretenimiento.

  Un hotel muy tranquilo, excelente para relajarse un fin de semana. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, tienen tina y una plunge pool en la terraza, me encantó la vista a la piscina y al mar. El hotel es sólo adultos y sólo tiene 38 habitaciones. Es todo incluido a la carta.
